Product Description
Gurumin: A Monstrous Adventure takes you into a vivid fantasy world, with a colorful cast of characters. A strong-willed girl named Parin is sent to live with her grandfather in a small mining town while her parents are off excavating an ancient ruin. No other kids live in town, so Parin is shocked to see a young girl tormented by a stray dog. The girl is actually an invisible monster that only she can see. Parin is invited to Monster Village -- just when Phantoms invade. Only the Legendary Drill can beat back the Phantoms, and Parin sets off to find it. Mini-games galore

5 out of 5 stars Cute is great in some games   March 8, 2008

When deciding to purchase this game, i came here, and read the reviews. All i can say is don't let the "cuteness" of this game fool you. It is an excellent adventure game, with challenging levels to test your skills.

Of course, it doesn't hurt that the game really does exude cute, from Parin(the main character), to all her friends in the game. They are all well thought out, and the storyline isn't all that bad, either, considering how many of it's type have come out before.

I judge games by how long i play them when i put them in, and considering i didn't put it down until i had to, this game is worth the playing to the end.

5 out of 5 stars Yes! for RPG on the PSP   June 17, 2007

This game is very fun and action-packed.

The game takes a smooth turn of events, the character moves quickly and stylishly making it anything but difficult or boring.

It's got a straight story plot and game play is easy to follow, not making it difficult to find many things. You get items you need somewhat esily at the very early stages of the game, so it's a definite must for RPG fans out there. It has been my favorite game so far on the PSP.

5 out of 5 stars Gurumin is a Great Game!   April 9, 2007

All that I can say is that this is a Great Game! That's all there is to it. I think that anyone who likes playing any of the Zelda games, would probably love this game. And who doesn't love any of the Zelda games? Although, it is kinda a kiddy game, but for those older gamers out there, it will bring out the kid in you and increase your imagination. It has a great plot and tons of very interesting characters. The graphics are different, too, because it looks kinda like a three-dimensional anime. Some people don't like this, but I think it is cool. The game plays just like a Zelda game or kind of like an action/RPG/platformer. It isn't much of an RPG, so if that is what your looking for, don't expect too much of it. It is much more like a platformer. Overall it is just an awesome game and you should get it right now even if you are still considering it. Why are you still reading this? Go get the game already!!!

Gurumin is something that I've been waiting for a long time on the PSP for: A solid action-platformer. Gurumin delivers on all fronts, providing fun gameplay, superb music and fantastic visuals. I would recommend it if you don't mind the "kiddy" visuals.
