Bought the games for each of my 11 year old nephews and they love it and haven't stopped playing it!

I ordered this game for my son as a birthday gift. The order came faster than expected. It was very easy to order and check out was very detailed. The only thing I didn't really get was the gift tags. I wrote what I wanted them to say and it came on the invoice, maybe I misunderstood but I didn't get the gift tags. Other than that it was great experience and I ordered again since. "2" thumbs up!!!!!!!!!

Okay, so it's the sequel to BF1 and it's supposed to be better. It is, for the most part anyways. Yes, you can play as Jedi and they are good, you just need to learn how to use them. They have a big health bar. The bar drops with damage but you also have to kill people. Killing brings your health up. So don't sit around, lying in wait for the enemies. Find them and attack. If you sit around you'll die and you'll wonder what happened and why it says you suicide. KILL PEOPLE WITH JEDI OR SITH!!!

Next, you can't actually command your troops. Unlike BF1 where you could say "follow me" or "move out," this game doesn't do that. Instead, the higher level you are, troops tend to follow where you go. They will just go with you, not really being commanded to. And if you have to carry something and deliver it. Two or more troopers will always have your back.

The new maps are good. Some comments say how certain planets are unimportant. I disagree. You are going for total domination of the galaxy. That is what Star Wars is about. So planets that were never that important like Polis Masa or Mustafar, they are still part of the galaxy. They need to be captured.

A lot of people are complaining about reading the font. Come on? Really? It isn't that difficult. It does take a little close reading at first but after a few times looking at it, it's easier to read. If you have a small TV, and I am talking SMALL, it will be hard because the font is designed big so it doesn't spread right on the TV. A bigger TV makes it much easier. or a magnifying glass.

The vehicles are overall, good. Sometimes aiming is difficult and the turrets on top of tanks rotate AMAZINGLY slow, but the driving tends to be okay. Speeders on Endor are not easy to control. You don't actually turn but strafe to the side so if you don't hold forward, you lose your speed. AT-AT's are only on Hoth, but where else would you put them? Every other planet doesn't have room for something that massive. And, what other planet did you see them on in the movies? None. AT-ST's are the ones that you use. They aren't on all the planets either. But of course, they can't be. Would you want to try to drive an AT-ST through the halls of Utapau? I don't think so. Neither would I. On those smaller levels where big walkers don't fit, you use an AT-PT. For those of you that don't know, it's a single clone transport designed to protect in heavy combat. It is kinda short but its pretty fast, has good aim and protects you better then walking around alone.

So, that's it. Great game, a few glitches but nothing serious. Try it!

5 out of 5 stars Awesome! Best Star Wars game!   March 21, 2010

What a great game! You can be almost any Star Wars character as you complete critical missions. Fun for my 8-yr old and ten-yr old. They still play it after several months. Lots of levels keep it challenging and interesting.

4 out of 5 stars Intense Space Battles   March 7, 2010

I've played this game for a while now and I really enjoy it. The space battles really are the best of the whole game. Depending on the ship choice you make, you can either go after the enemy fighters or you can destroy the enemy capital ships.

The ground battles are fun as well and you get a wide variety of terrain to fight over, from cities to swamps and everything in between. You have a number of different weapon choices as well, based on the class of fighter you choose.

Additionally, there are bonuses that can be applied to space battles or ground battles.

As for the negatives about this game, I would say that after a while it gets old. You get to play different sides but you're mostly fighting over the same planets, with the exception of a few.

Everything considered, I still consider this a great game and well worth the money.
