Warning! Does not fit the PSP slim! Only fits the old style psp, which I have. This item predates the slim, so ignore the review that complained because it didn't fit.
Anyways, works great, I've had 2 2gb cards in my psp, have a bunch of games and a couple hundred mp3s saved on them. Only thing is the ribbon cable is really easy to tear...I've killed 2 that way. May wrap the next one in duct tape to see if it helps.

This item doesn't work. It was manufactured wrong, and fits on my PSP 2000 upside down. It will not read any of the SD cards I put in it, and I tried 3. I have seen you tube video's where this item worked, but from my own experience, it does not. or at least this seller is selling a defective product.
