4 out of 5 stars Perfect Angle!   September 2, 2005

Dont listen to the other people they must have a problem with their heads or necks cause the viewing angle for the PSP is perfect. I mean if your either short or tall the viewing angle is still perfect you must be dumb enough to stand while watching the movie cause thats the only explanation for not able to view it at a perfect angle.

As for the docking station thing it does not charge your battery but I really dont care i mean its light weight as it is and its better that way than if it be a normal docking station.

So dont listen to those people thats my opinion.

4 out of 5 stars PSP Dock It Review   July 12, 2005

Because I travel frequently, the Dock It comes in very handy when watching movies on a flight. The light and compact configuration allows for the Dock It to fit in my laptop case or backpack easily and when set-up, permits hands free viewing of video. This is important for obsessive people like myself, who hate getting fingerprints on their PSP.

The considerations that were made for the power adapter and earpiece are very convenient also, even if you use third party accessories like Shure's E5 earphones or the Pelican Power Brick.

Highly recommended accessory for PSP owners who actually watch movies on their system. Not recommeded if you intend to play games with the dock attached, as its not very ergonomic and from what I can tell, was not intended for that purpose.

2 out of 5 stars Only does one thing, and it doesn't even do THAT well...   May 27, 2005

(Just so you know, this is NOT a battery charger or docking station - it is just a piece of plastic to hold up your PSP at an angle).

It's a nice idea - put your PSP on a lightweight plastic clip so that you can watch your movies at a nice angle. The problem is, the angle is all wrong for watching videos. About the only two products that do this well currently are the plastic Logitech case ($19, protects the PSP perfectly, and gives a great viewing angle) or the upcoming Nyko Theater Experience Case ($79, includes small speakers, two headphone jacks, and an internal battery to give you about 3 times the battery life).

Go with one of the other available options. They're worth the money.

1 out of 5 stars Not A Docking Station   May 22, 2005
Robert J. De Martini (Hayward, CA USA)
Product title is misleading if you are expecting a docking station like those for PDAs or cameras. This just holds the PSP and you have to manually plug the adaptor in.

Also, like others mentioned, the angle is a little too low and the piece that holds it up will sometimes give out causing your PSP an unneeded hit on the back.

a decent stand which is comforting when enjoying multimedia such as music and videos and recharging your PSP but the low angle is a bit of of an anoyance
