I had a lot of fun with this game. It's a really soild cart racer, in fact it's the best racer for the PSP that I've played. The control scheme is logical and responsive. The tracks are fun and not too hard to master. The overall look is colorful and slick.
But the part of the game that stands out the most is the music, especially the techno tracks. I love the way the songs are variations on the music from classic arcade games like Pac-Man and Dig Dug.
My favorites are the song that plays during the stage/character select (this song is also in the "retro maze") and the song that plays during the Dig Dug maze. Midway should have done the whole game is this style in my opinon.
This is a great game for all ages - I recommend it.
